The 2025 Annual Review outlines how, in 2025, the political architecture for nuclear energy shifted decisively, with Terra Praxis at the forefront of this evolution. Notably, the organization led the first-ever public session on nuclear energy at the World Economic Forum and played a key role in convening the landmark Nordic-Baltic Nuclear Investment Summit, where collaborative commitments were made by regional ministers to advance nuclear expansion.

As part of our efforts, we expanded our reach into Asia—home to 75% of the world’s coal plants—through initiatives such as our fifth REPOWER Retreat held at Microsoft's Technology Center in Singapore. This strategic move coincided with the Asian Development Bank and World Bank unlocking billions in development capital for nuclear projects.

The Annual Review also highlights our innovative Project Phoenix digital tools, funded by the U.S. Department of State, which assess brownfield coal and industrial sites and generate optimized nuclear conversion designs in a matter of days. Our partnership with Microsoft on an AI licensing tool has significantly compressed permitting timelines, enabling Fermi America to submit its license application in just 75 days.
